STATUS OF PERSONAL DATA IN CASE OF ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION OF THE CONTRACT
By accepting this agreement, the User is deemed to have accepted that the personal data he/she has provided to Hazamoda will be recorded, stored, used, shared with third parties, stored abroad and shared with third parties abroad, for the purposes specified within the scope of this agreement.

In the activities carried out through Hazamoda, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Processing of Personal Data: Personal data of the Users are processed in accordance with the procedures and principles stipulated in the legislation. Personal data is processed provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract in order to provide services on behalf of Hazamoda, and also because it is necessary to process personal data of the parties to the contract.
DATA STORAGE PERIOD
Personal data provided by users will be stored for the duration of the services provided so that Hazamoda can provide its services. In addition, in case of any dispute between Hazamoda and the user, personal data may be stored for the limited period of time specified in accordance with the relevant legislation in order to provide the necessary defenses within the scope of the dispute. Hazamoda is not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to any changes to the system, suspension/termination or simply the use of the system.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of a dispute regarding the principles mentioned in this agreement, the competent court to apply is KÜÇÜKÇEKMECE Courts and enforcement offices.
